One of the first products I ever tried from Purely Northwest was their antifungal foot soak. This foot soak is a blend of Epsom salt, sea salt, MSM, tea tree oil, and other essential oils. It’s a perfect blend to attack fungi at all angles.

All I did was prepare the soak by adding water into my foot tub and then add the recommended amount of salts to the water (2-3 tablespoons). For this soak, the perfect amount of this soaking my feet was 15 minutes. If this seems too long you can probably just soak for ten minutes.

What I Learned Using This Product…
One of the things I learned from using this product is that it’s great if you have athlete’s foot or want to perform a foot soak for fungi that smells great. Before finding this product I was using apple cider vinegar which can be rather pungent smelling.

When I bought the foot soak, I also bought the body wash. At the time, when I bought these Purely Northwest did not offer a complete packaged bundle of body wash, foot soak, and nail solution.
I was pleasantly surprised with the effectiveness of both products. This body wash I used primarily on my feet but I also tested it out as a body wash and found it worked surprisingly well in private areas as well as my armpits.

The main takeaway for this product is that it works a lot better if you use a nail file and clippers to trim back the infected nail. I used a nail file to roughen up my infected toenail and to get them as short as possible.
This allowed the solution to penetrate to where the fungus actually is and allow my nail to grow back healthy. If you use this product in combination with all the other ones in the anti-fungal kit then you will be able to ensure that you will get rid of fungus for good.

The most important thing I learned from having both nail fungus and athlete’s foot is that you will want to cure both out the same time. I remember I had got rid of my nail fungus but not my athlete’s foot which was weird because athlete’s foot is much easier to treat.
